So I have received gift certificate for Koshiji from Utopia by Lighthouse. Lighthouse is free Japanese magazine you can grab at Japanese market such as Mitsuwa, Marukai, etc. Utopia offers discount gift certificate, mostly for Japanese restaurants in Little Tokyo and Torrance area.
Most of their gift certificates have no limitations such as expiring date or minimum purchase, and you can just use them as cash.

From left: Chicken and green onion $2.25 x2, Chicken breast with plum $2.75 x 2, Tsukune $2.50 x 2, Salmon $2.50.  I liked them all. My favorites are chicken and green onion, and tsukune.

Grilled salmon sking and seasonal greens. There were more salad..














Soboro don (s) $5
Rice bowl topped with seasoned ground chicken, comes with soup. Soup was light flavor, I liked soboro rice bowl.













Unajyu (s) $12
Eel over rice. Nothing special.













cabbage came with eel.













Mix shrimp tempura $6.50
Shrimp x 2. eggplant, green bean, sweet potato, carrot.
